We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Delivery Truck Driver & Shop Assistant to help keep our projects running smoothly. If you take pride in your work and value safety, teamwork, and professionalism, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Safely deliver materials and equipment to job sites
  • Keep loading, unloading, and routing efficient
  • Help maintain the shop and yard
  • Operate construction equipment safely, including skid steer, off-road forklift, and mini excavator, and various other construction equipment
  • Secure loads properly for transport
  • Follow all safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience securing loads safely
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and navigate job sites
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Virginia CDL with a clean driving record
  • Can drive a manual transmission vehicle
  • Background check and drug test required
  • Familiar with road network throughout Charlottesville area
  • Commercial construction experience preferred
