Compensation
Hourly Rate: $20.00–$40.00 per hour
Starting pay is based on experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, and other job-related factors.
What You'll Be Doing
Performing HVAC repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on residential and commercial systems.
Leading HVAC projects while maintaining high standards for workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinating daily work schedules with Building and HVAC Operations Managers.
Completing work orders, service documentation, and required paperwork accurately and on time.
Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and fellow team members.
Maintaining a professional company image while representing Piedmont Facilities Management in the field.
Assisting with general maintenance and construction tasks as needed.
Following all Safety for Life policies and maintaining safe work practices in every aspect of the job.
Supporting team members and helping develop a productive, collaborative work environment.

What You Bring to the Table
High School Diploma or GED required; trade certification or related education preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of HVAC, construction, or maintenance experience.
Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, roofing, drywall, flooring, and general maintenance is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and safe power tool operation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid Virginia Driver's License with an excellent driving record.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
Ability to climb ladders and up to five flights of stairs.
Lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
Ability to safely maneuver around active construction and maintenance sites.
Ability to safely perform work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
