What You’ll Be Doing
  • Keep buildings and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks indoors and outdoors
  • Walk your sites regularly, keeping an eye out for anything that needs attention
  • Take care of minor repairs and maintenance tasks as they come up
  • Flag bigger issues to the management team so they can be handled quickly
  • Stay on top of your schedule and wrap up jobs completely and correctly
  • Keep simple, accurate records of the work you’ve completed

Schedule
  • 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)
  • 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch

Physical & Day-to-Day Requirements

​​​​​​​This is a physical, on-your-feet role. You should be comfortable:
  • Climbing ladders and stairs
  • Bending, kneeling, and working around equipment
  • Lifting up to 75 lbs
  • Working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
  • Able to talk, sit, stand, stoop, and bend.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and willing to be an effective team member.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be flexible, and problem solve.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination, able to grasp and assemble objects.
  • Excellent vision or corrected, including ability to distinguish basic color groups, excellent hearing.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulation
